REPIC Clinic Gangnam · Visiting without Korean
If I get a reaction after I fly home, will a Seoul skin clinic answer me by message in English?
Yes. After a treatment at REPIC Clinic Gangnam in Seoul, you can message the clinic in English on the same channel you used to book — WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk, WeChat or email — and the team will get back to you.
Your treatment record can be issued in a foreign language, so you can show a local doctor exactly what was done.

How follow-up works
Aftercare notes for each treatment are listed on its treatment page, and you can ask the team about them before you leave. Once you are home, if you notice something you are unsure about — redness that lasts longer than you expected, for example — send a message on the messenger you used to book. Include the date of your treatment, what was done (your treatment record helps), a description of what you are noticing and, if you can, a photo. The team will get back to you.
Take your treatment record home
Your treatment record can be issued in a foreign language. Keep it with you: if you need to see a doctor in your home country, it tells them which treatment you had and when. Your skin analysis report can also be issued in a foreign language.
When to get help locally
Messaging the clinic is not a substitute for urgent medical care. If symptoms are severe or getting worse quickly, see a doctor where you are first, and let us know afterward so we can help with information about your treatment.
If you are planning a treatment close to your departure date, tell us when you book. The doctor takes your flight into account when advising which treatments are suitable before you travel.
Languages for follow-up
You can message us in English, Chinese or Japanese. The same messenger channels — WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk, WeChat and email — are used for booking, for questions before your visit and for questions after you go home, so your conversation stays in one place.
How to book
- Before you leave the clinic, ask for your treatment record in your language.
- Keep the messenger chat you used to book.
- If you have a question at home, message us with your treatment date and what you are noticing.
