All FAQsHow do I make a booking?
Use the Reservation menu on this website: add the treatments or a consultation to your list, then choose a date and time. You can also reach us through the KakaoTalk channel or the messenger links in the footer and we will help you book.
Is a skin diagnosis included?
Yes. Every booking includes a free skin diagnosis. Before your consultation we cleanse your skin, take a skin scan (Mark-Vu or Meta-Vu), and give you a REPIC RSTI skin analysis report.
Do you offer service in foreign languages?
Yes. We can assist you in English, Chinese, and Japanese. Letting us know in advance helps us prepare for your visit.
Is there a consultation fee?
At Gangnam, a doctor consults with you in person. The consultation fee is KRW 50,000, and it is fully deducted from the treatment cost if you proceed with a treatment.
