ASCE+ Exosome

ASCE+ Exosome is a skin-conditioning treatment that delivers tiny signaling particles (exosomes) from stem cell culture to help the skin look calmer and more refreshed. With little to no downtime, it is an easy option when the skin looks dull or lacks radiance — handy to fit into a trip. Think of it as a nourishing boost that helps the skin cells pass along a 'time to refresh' note to one another — like a messenger carrying word between cells.

1) After cleansing and a skin check, a topical numbing cream is applied to reduce sensitivity. 2) MTS micro-needling creates fine channels on the skin surface to aid absorption (depth is adjusted by area and skin condition, going shallower on thin areas such as around the eyes and forehead). 3) The ASCE+ exosome ampoule is applied and absorbed. 4) The session finishes with soothing care. The procedure itself takes about 20 minutes; plan for roughly 45-60 minutes total including consultation and numbing time. Patients can return to daily activities right afterward.

The goal is to support hydration, nourishment and radiance along with skin soothing. This varies by individual, but a change in radiance is generally noted around one week, with the skin gradually looking calmer and more refreshed over 7-10 days. How long results last varies considerably and changes gradually over time, so it is not guaranteed. Exosome care is cumulative and tends to show more stable changes when repeated rather than after a single visit; keeping up basic home care such as diligent moisturizing and sun protection between sessions helps maintain the conditioned look. A single session can be a convenient glow boost during the stay, while a repeated series suits those who can return at 1-2 week intervals — ask the clinic's team about timing that fits the trip. ASCE+ Exosome is not recommended during pregnancy. If there is active infection, inflammation, or an open wound in the treatment area, it is recommended to treat after the skin has fully recovered. Please also inform the medical team before treatment if you have a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring or a bleeding disorder, are taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, or other medication that can affect bleeding, or have experienced an allergic or hypersensitivity reaction to the product used or to anaesthetic ingredients. ASCE exosomes are not injected directly; instead, fine channels are created in the skin using a non-metallic MTS and the product is then applied to the skin. During this process, redness, stinging, warmth, or tightness may appear immediately after treatment, and depending on the skin condition and treatment intensity, swelling, itching, fine crusting, or temporary pigment changes may occur. These reactions generally improve gradually, but how long they last varies between individuals. On the day of treatment, avoid irritation such as vigorous cleansing, friction on the skin, scrubs, and exfoliation, and makeup is recommended only after the skin surface has settled sufficiently. For several days after treatment, avoid activities that can increase warmth and redness in the skin, such as saunas, hot compresses, vigorous exercise, and alcohol, and maintain adequate moisturizing and sun protection. If pain, swelling, or warmth progressively worsens, or if blisters, oozing, pus, or other unusual symptoms appear, medical assessment is required.
