Who it’s for

  • If you have the following skin concerns, Black Peel may be considered. - Heavy sebum production and shine are a concern - Sebum and comedones inside the pores, such as blackheads and whiteheads, are a concern - Built-up dead skin cells make the skin rough and makeup sit unevenly - The aim is to refine dull, uneven skin texture and tone - A peel with less irritation and downtime than strong resurfacing is preferred Black Peel is a maintenance-type peel that refines sebum and dead skin cells together. Rather than being completed in a single session, it can be repeated according to the skin condition. If the skin is sensitive or inflamed, whether to apply it and at what intensity can be adjusted, and the appropriate method and interval are determined after assessing the skin before treatment.

What Is Black Peel?

Black Peel is a care-type peel that uses organic acids to gently clear surface dead skin and oil, then finishes with neutralizing, cooling, mask, and LED soothing steps. It eases the buildup in the pores so it can be tidied away naturally. Downtime is usually around a day, so it tends to be light on the individual's daily schedule. Much like loosening hardened kitchen grease with a splash of vinegar, organic acids ease the bonds of the built-up sebum and dead skin settled in the pores so it can be tidied away naturally.

What to Expect: The Black Peel Treatment Process

1) After a physician's skin check and cleansing, pore impurities may be extracted first if needed. 2) The peel solution is applied over the face, with the application time adjusted while monitoring the skin's response; a tangy scent may be noticeable at this stage. 3) The acid is neutralized with a green-tea step, and any tingling spots are checked and neutralized further as needed. 4) Cryo cooling soothes the skin, finishing with a sebum-calming mask and a blue-LED phase (a light-based finishing step intended to support oil and blemish care). A mild tingling or itching sensation can occur due to the acidic formula; Black Peel is a care-type procedure performed without anesthesia.

When Will Black Peel Results Appear — and How Long Do They Last?

As dead skin and oil are cleared, some people feel their skin texture and the look of pores appear more refined after the session, with the degree varying by individual skin condition. Soothing comes not from any single ingredient but from the overall protocol — including the neutralizing, cooling, and LED soothing steps — which is structured to reduce post-treatment irritation. Considering the skin's natural turnover cycle, it is generally used as periodic upkeep roughly every 2-4 weeks; it can be done as a single session or on a regular basis depending on the skin condition. Keeping up everyday home care between sessions — such as thorough moisturizing and sun protection — can help maintain the skin's condition, and the home-care approach that fits the individual is guided during consultation based on the skin. Individual results and reactions vary with each person's skin condition.

Black Peel Safety Information & Aftercare

Black Peel is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or when there is active infection or inflammation (such as herpes or pustular acne), an open wound, or severe skin irritation in the treatment area. Please inform the medical team before treatment if you are taking or have recently taken an oral retinoid, or are taking medication that can increase the skin's photosensitivity. If you have recently had a strong peel, laser, or other procedure that irritates the skin, it is best to proceed after the skin has fully recovered. For several days before treatment, please refrain from using products that can increase irritation or shedding of dead skin cells, such as retinol, AHA, and BHA. During or immediately after treatment, the acid ingredients may cause temporary stinging, burning, itching, or redness, and how long this lasts varies with the skin condition. As the skin may become temporarily sensitive after treatment, please moisturize well, use sunscreen, and avoid strong UV exposure for a few days. On the day of treatment, please avoid activities that can increase skin irritation, such as additional peels, strong exfoliation, saunas, hot compresses, and excessive exercise.
