It is better understood as a treatment focused on improving loss of skin firmness and body line in specific areas rather than reducing weight itself. Treatment is restricted during pregnancy or when pregnancy is possible. Treatment may also be difficult if there is active infection, inflammation, or an open wound in the treatment area. If there are metal implants in the treatment area, or a history of previous procedures or surgery such as fillers, lifting threads, or implants, please inform the medical team before treatment; eligibility is judged after confirming the location and timing. What Is Body LinearZ?
Body LinearZ is a non-invasive body lifting and tightening treatment that delivers focused ultrasound (HIFU) energy into the deeper layers of the skin to stimulate collagen and help care for the firmness of sagging body lines, without any cutting. The surface stays protected while heat is concentrated only at a set depth beneath it. It can be applied to body areas where firmness is a concern, such as the abdomen, thighs and arms. Like a magnifying glass focusing sunlight to a single point, the ultrasound energy is concentrated at one spot deep in the skin — leaving the surface untouched while applying heat only to the layer beneath, helping sagging body lines firm up again from within.
What to Expect: The Body LinearZ Treatment Process
1) Consultation: the doctor reviews the skin and area condition and medical history (possible pregnancy, metal implants, prior procedures, medications, etc.) and, where helpful, assesses the skin to plan the treatment area (abdomen, thighs, arms, etc.), shot count and depth individually.
2) Preparation: the area is prepared, guide lines are marked, and a gel is applied to help transmit the ultrasound.
3) Treatment: the handpiece is held against the area, delivering ultrasound energy point by point at the set depth and covering the area evenly (the shot count and depth are planned by the doctor according to the area and condition).
4) A momentary prickling or warm heat may be felt as each pulse of energy is delivered; if it feels uncomfortable, informing the doctor immediately lets the output be adjusted.
5) Finishing: the gel is wiped off, a soothing care is applied to finish, and aftercare guidance — including moisturizing and sun protection — is given for home care.
Depending on the area and shot count, one area takes about 30 minutes; treating several areas together can take longer. It is performed per session, and series structure is explained during consultation.
When Will Body LinearZ Results Appear — and How Long Do They Last?
Body LinearZ applies heat stimulus to the deeper layers to induce tissue contraction and collagen regeneration. The heated collagen fibers contract, so an immediate sense of tightening may be felt right after treatment, and over the following weeks new collagen forms and reorganizes — so results tend to appear gradually over roughly 2–3 months rather than all at once, working on the firmness and lines of the area. Because it is a gradual, cumulative treatment, a series of multiple sessions spaced at intervals is generally recommended, and the exact number, spacing and shot count are planned individually by the doctor according to the area and condition. The degree and pace of change vary widely with individual skin and area condition, the degree of laxity, and lifestyle. As a treatment involving regeneration, how long results last may be better supported by consistent moisturizing, hydration and a balanced lifestyle. Body LinearZ is firmness care rather than a weight-loss treatment, and the degree, onset and duration of results vary by individual, so the same outcome is not guaranteed.

Body LinearZ is not recommended during pregnancy or when pregnancy is possible. Treatment may be restricted if there is active infection, inflammation, or an open wound in the treatment area, or if there are metal or other implants. If you have had previous aesthetic procedures in the treatment area such as fillers or lifting threads, or a history of surgery or implant placement, please also inform the medical team before treatment; eligibility is judged after confirming the timing and location.
During treatment, stinging, warmth, aching, or a pulling sensation deep in the tissue may be felt. If pain or heat feels excessively strong, please tell the medical team immediately so the intensity can be adjusted. After treatment, temporary redness, warmth, mild swelling, tenderness, or aching may occur, and in most cases these settle naturally over time. Depending on the treatment area and intensity, mild bruising or temporary changes in sensation may rarely occur.
On the day of treatment, avoid excessively hot environments such as saunas, hot compresses, and hot baths, as well as vigorous exercise and alcohol, and it is best not to rub or irritate the treated area. Daily activities and air travel are generally possible and no separate long recovery period is required, although this can differ with the treatment extent and individual response.
If pain or swelling worsens or persists for a long time after treatment, if skin changes such as blisters or burns appear, or if altered sensation or discomfort persists, medical assessment is required. The medical team determines suitability and the treatment areas, energy, and number of shots after assessing your body shape and the treatment area.
