Nose, Aegyo Filler

Nose & Aegyo Filler precisely injects hyaluronic acid (HA) into the bridge, base or tip of the nose, or into the under-eye 'aegyo' area, to add line and dimension. On the nose it refines a low bridge or a flat profile; on the aegyo (under-eye) area it adds a soft fullness for a brighter, more lively look. The HA used is gradually absorbed by the body over time, and a key feature is that it can be adjusted or reversed if needed. Rather than carving a statue's outline all at once, it is like adding soft clay a little at a time where it is needed — HA is placed in measured amounts to suit each area, building dimension into the line.

1) Consultation: the doctor reviews the area (nose, aegyo), the skin condition and medical history (pregnancy, medications, allergies, prior procedures) and, where helpful, uses skin-diagnostic imaging to assess the area, then determines the line direction, product and dose accordingly. 2) Topical anesthesia: numbing cream is applied to the area for about 30 minutes to reduce discomfort. 3) Authenticity check: a genuine product is used at an appropriate dose, and the product name and amount used are recorded on the chart. 4) Injection: using a fine needle or cannula, HA is precisely distributed at the depth suited to the area. For the nose, the procedure is always performed directly by a doctor for vascular safety, observing the area's line as the product is placed. 5) Check & finishing: the shape is lightly refined and soothing care is given; for vessel-dense areas such as the nose the area is briefly observed right after the procedure, followed by aftercare guidance — including moisturizing, sun protection, and how to contact the clinic immediately if anything unusual occurs. Actual injection time is roughly 20 minutes, usually in a single session. The area and dose structure are explained during consultation.

Many people notice the change in line and dimension right away from the added volume. However, mild swelling may be present right after, so the final, settled, natural shape usually stabilizes over about a few days to 2 weeks (this varies by individual). Nose & Aegyo Filler is usually performed in a single session, and the HA used is gradually absorbed by the body over time. How long it lasts varies with the area, the product, and each person's skin condition and lifestyle — ranging from several months to over a year, with wide individual variation. When the effect begins to fade, a touch-up may be considered to suit the area's condition, and the doctor will advise on the right timing for any repeat treatment. A feature of HA filler is that, if the shape is not to your liking or adjustment is needed, it can be reversed or refined with an HA-dissolving enzyme. Results and longevity vary by individual.

Nose & Aegyo Filler is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Treatment may be restricted if there is active infection, inflammation, or an open wound in the treatment area, or if there is a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid (HA) or any other ingredient used in the treatment. Please also inform the medical team before treatment if you have a history of anaesthetic allergy, a bleeding disorder, or are taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, or other medication that can affect bleeding. If you have had previous fillers, implants, or other procedures or surgery around the nose or eyes, please inform us in advance, including the product and timing as far as possible. After treatment, redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, or temporary firmness may occur, and in most cases these gradually settle over time. The aegyo (under-eye) area in particular has thin skin, so early swelling or left-right differences may look more pronounced than usual, and rarely the Tyndall effect — in which the filler appears bluish — or a palpable feeling at the injection site may occur. Because of its vascular anatomy, the nose is an area requiring particular caution with filler treatment. Although rare, vascular complications such as vascular occlusion can occur, and very rarely vision may be affected. If pain is severe or progressively worsens after treatment, if the skin turns white or becomes mottled dark red or purple, or if visual abnormalities such as blurred vision, double vision, or reduced vision occur, contact the clinic immediately or seek medical care. Immediately after treatment, do not rub, press, or massage the treated area on your own. Actions that press on the nose and the wearing of glasses may require caution depending on the treatment area and injection site, so it is best to follow the medical team's guidance. For about one to two days after treatment, it is best to avoid activities that can increase swelling and warmth, such as saunas, hot compresses, vigorous exercise, and alcohol. If persistent swelling or pain, skin colour changes, a firm lump, or other unusual symptoms appear, medical assessment is required.
