REPIC Clinic Gangnam · Languages and interpreters
I only speak Spanish or Russian. Can I book an interpreter for a skin clinic consultation in Seoul, and how far in advance do I need to ask?
Yes. At REPIC Clinic Gangnam in Seoul, Spanish, Russian, Arabic and other languages can be interpreted if you book at least one week (7 days) before your visit; a separate booking fee may apply.
English, Chinese and Japanese interpreters are on site every day, so those three languages need no advance interpreter booking.

Why we ask for a week
Interpreters for languages other than English, Chinese and Japanese are arranged for your visit specifically, so we need time to match an interpreter to your date and time. Asking at least a week ahead gives us a good chance of confirming one. If you contact us with less than a week to go, tell us anyway — we will check whether it is still possible, but we cannot promise it.
What to tell us when you book
Send us your preferred date and time, the language you need, the number of people and, if you already know, the treatment you are interested in. You can write to us by WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk, WeChat or email, or use the real-time online booking on our website and then message us about the interpreter. We will confirm the appointment, whether an interpreter is arranged and whether a booking fee applies.
Our website is also available in Spanish and Russian, so you can read about treatments and visiting the clinic in your own language before you write to us.
During and after your visit
Consultations and treatments are carried out by the doctors themselves, with the interpreter helping you and the doctor understand each other. Your skin analysis report and treatment record can be issued in a foreign language. After you go home, you can continue to message us with questions on the same channel you used to book.

- We confirm the appointment, the interpreter and whether a booking fee applies.
- On the day, arrive a few minutes early at 318 Gangnam-daero (B1 & 2F).
