REPIC Clinic Gangnam · Visiting without Korean
Can I book a Korean skin clinic appointment through WhatsApp or LINE?
Yes. REPIC Clinic Gangnam in Seoul takes bookings by WhatsApp and LINE, as well as KakaoTalk, WeChat and email, and you can also book online in real time on our website.
Messenger is also the way to book groups of 6 or more, ask for an interpreter or ask questions after your visit.

What to send
To book by WhatsApp or LINE, send us your preferred date and time, the number of people, the language you would like to use and, if you know it, the treatment you are interested in. The team replies to confirm the time or suggest alternatives. The WhatsApp and LINE buttons on our website open the right chat; the Japanese pages link to our Japanese LINE account.
When messenger is better than online booking
Real-time online booking is quickest for one or two people. Messenger works better when your plans need a little arranging: groups of 6 or more (up to 20 people), interpreters for Arabic, Spanish, Russian or other languages (at least a week’s notice), bringing children, or needing a place to pray during your visit. You can also message us to ask about walk-in waiting times on the day.
After your visit
Keep the chat. After you go home, you can ask questions about your treatment on the same messenger. Your skin analysis report and treatment record can also be issued in a foreign language at the clinic.
Treatment prices are on the website in English (10% VAT excluded) and are the same for Korean and international patients, so you can check costs before you message us.
Languages on messenger
You can write to us in English, Chinese or Japanese, and interpreters for those three languages are on site when you visit. If you prefer Arabic, Spanish, Russian or another language for your consultation, mention it in your first message and book at least a week ahead so we can arrange an interpreter; a separate booking fee may apply.
