Why groups of 6 or more book by message

Online booking on the REPIC Clinic Gangnam website shows real-time time slots, and each slot has a limited number of places. That works well for one to a few people, but a party of six or more usually needs more than one slot and a planned order of consultations. When you message us with your date, number of people and preferred time, the team schedules the whole group together and confirms the times back to you.

Twenty people is the largest group we arrange at once, and a group of that size needs scheduling in advance. If your group is larger, or if your plans change on the day, message us and we will check what is possible.

What a group visit looks like

Each person in the group has their own skin assessment and consultation with a doctor and decides on their own treatment — the group does not have to choose the same treatment. With 8 or more consultation rooms, several consultations run in parallel, which keeps waiting time for the group down. Booking ahead is still the most reliable way to avoid a long wait.

International groups are common. English, Chinese and Japanese interpreters are on site every day the clinic is open, so mixed-language groups do not need to book interpreters separately for those three languages. For Arabic, Spanish, Russian or another language, tell us at least a week before the visit.

Paying as a group

Each person can pay for their own treatment at the front desk after their consultation. We accept overseas credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB and UnionPay, as well as Alipay and WeChat Pay. Treatment prices are posted on our website in English and exclude 10% VAT; the same prices apply to Korean and international patients.

2. Tell us the date, the number of people, a preferred time and any interpreter language the group needs.
3. We schedule the consultation order and times for the whole group and confirm them with you.
4. On the day, check in at the front desk; each person is then called for their own consultation.

How many people can book together?

Up to 20 people at once. Groups of 6 or more should contact us by messenger or phone first so we can schedule everyone.

Can we book a group for a weekend or a public holiday?

Yes. The clinic is open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 10:00 to 18:00 (last check-in 17:00), closing only on the day of Seollal and the day of Chuseok.
