Consultations in English
At REPIC Clinic Gangnam the doctor carries out the consultation and the treatment. All our doctors consult in English, and English-speaking coordinators are on site, so you can describe your skin concerns, ask questions about the options and understand the aftercare instructions in English. You do not need to book an interpreter — booking your appointment is enough.
Walk-in visitors can also have their consultation in English, Chinese or Japanese, although there may be a wait. Booking ahead online or by messenger is the most reliable way to get a time that suits you.
Documents and follow-up in your language
Your skin analysis report and treatment record can be issued in a foreign language, so you can take a record of what was done home with you. After your visit, you can keep asking questions on the same messenger you used to book — WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk, WeChat or email.
Other languages
For Arabic, Spanish, Russian and other languages, interpretation depends on an interpreter’s schedule, so we ask for at least one week’s notice. When you book, tell us which language you need; we will confirm whether an interpreter is arranged and whether a booking fee applies. If you contact us with less than a week to go, we will still check what is possible.
English guide site
REPIC Clinic also runs a separate English-language visitor guide for REPIC Clinic Gangnam at englishskinclinicgangnam.com, with the same practical information for international visitors.
